End-to-end project strategy from land feasibility through to consent support

One of the project’s standout features is its comprehensive environmental offset programme. In response to necessary stability works across three gully areas, a targeted offset mitigation strategy was executed. This resulted in:

1.2 hectares of indigenous planting
Riparian restoration to improve water quality and ecological connectivity
A net ecological gain that supports long-term resilience within the broader catchment

These outcomes demonstrate how urban growth can be aligned with environmental responsibility, even on sites with significant constraints.
