As development managers and advisors, our focus has been on:

  • End-to-end project strategy from land feasibility through to consent support

We worked closely with Queens Homes and a network of specialist consultants to guide this project through the intricate regulatory environment, while preserving the vision of a high-quality, environmentally responsible neighbourhood.


Environmental Leadership with Commercial Outcomes

One of the project’s standout features is its comprehensive environmental offset programme. In response to necessary stability works across three gully areas, a targeted offset mitigation strategy was executed. This resulted in:

  • 1.2 hectares of indigenous planting

  • Riparian restoration to improve water quality and ecological connectivity

  • A net ecological gain that supports long-term resilience within the broader catchment

These outcomes demonstrate how urban growth can be aligned with environmental responsibility, even on sites with significant constraints.
