Stage 5: Delivery Under Fast-Track Pathways

As part of the East Coast Heights masterplan, Stage 5 involves the subdivision and development of approximately 1.55 hectares, with 62 new residential units planned at 2 Goldwater Drive, Silverdale.

This stage was accepted as a referred project under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, reflecting its strategic value and the importance of timely delivery. Rockhopper provided critical leadership through the fast-track consenting process and continues to manage compliance, risk, and delivery execution.
